Walks and daycare require 48 hours notice to cancel. Any cancellations within 48hours are fully chargeable. Boarding bookings are subject to a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking, refunds upon cancellation are subject to a sliding timescale which is detailed in our T&Cs
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or injured and requires veterinary care, we would contact you or your assigned emergency contact in the first instance to discuss the situation. If we are unable to reach either of you, we would arrange to see the vet and follow their advice regarding treatment. Our vets practice is Animal Trust.
There is no age restriction so even young puppies can join in the fun (with restricted exersise relevant to their age/breed). The only stipulation is that they must be a full 14 days clear of having their final puppy jabs.
No, The kennel cough vaccine is not required at Canine Capers. If however, you choose to administer it, it must be done at least 14 days prior to commencement of the dogs stay. Dogs receiving the kennel cough vaccine within 14 days of joining us will be refused.
Absolutely Yes! We require a meet with all dogs and owners prior to them joining our pack. We offer one to one "meet and greet" walks" on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There is no charge for this service.
